Shadow Business Minister Shares Family Business Week Message

To mark the first Family Business Week Shadow Business Minister Seema Malhotra MP has shared a video message celebrating the role family firms play in their communities.

In her message Seema Malhotra MP, Shadow Minister for Business and Consumers spoke about her experience growing up in a family business and the way her parents supported their community. She also spoke about the importance of supporting purpose-led businesses as we come out of the pandemic.

Running from Monday 22 – Friday 26 November, Family Business Week will celebrate family businesses across the length and breadth of the UK, and focusing on the role of business as a force for good. The week is led by the Institute for Family Business (IFB) and supported by NatWest.
